Because we can’t get back to our old normal just yet, your appointment will be a little different to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
Here is everything you need to know before your visit...
To allow for social distancing we will only be able to have two people at your appointment including the bride. So no one misses out we will encourage you to use Skype or zoom to get all your loved ones involved.
If you don’t have these apps we can use our iPad to get them all together (virtually of course)
For alterations appointments, please come alone for now unless you need assistance - being pinned by a seamstress doesn’t take too long and we will be on hand to discuss any worries you might have.
Sadly we won’t be allowing children age 11 or younger to your appointment as children are more likely to carry Covid-19 without showing any symptoms, so can be passing it on without anyone realising. It can also be difficult to make sure little ones are social distancing especially while your in a changing room. We’re really sorry it has to be this way for now and we are so looking forward to a time when we can welcome all of your family back.
Our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) but don’t worry it’s still us underneath it!
We will only be open by appointment and we will be cleaning everything between each appointment to keep you and us as safe as possible. This means that we won’t be taking walk in visits and our front door will be locked at all times.
At the beginning of your appointment we will have a chat about the styles of dresses you would like to try rather than you choosing them yourselves. We will then pick out and show you all the dresses we think you might like. You’ll still get to see and try on as many gowns as you like it will just be a little different.
We don’t have a customer toilet available so please do use the loo before you come to us.
If you bring a guest with you to your appointment, it will be your choice who helps you into the dresses. We are still happy to help you but if you’d rather be assisted by your guest that is perfectly fine.
You will need to wear PPE during your appointment.
If you're collecting a dress(es), please contact us to arrange an appointment as our door has to be locked and walk in’s are not available until further notice.
Please don’t come in to the store to make payments on payment plans – we accept payments via bank transfer, card payments over the phone and PayPal. If we haven't already contacted you regarding your payments, please message us for details.
And lastly, if you have any symptoms of corona virus please contact us to reschedule your appointment, please don’t attend the store if you are ill.
